Can you hear that?

Shhhh... Listen...can you hear it.
No TV, No music, no fighting just quiet.
Ahh the first day of school.

What to do?
Take a shower with ALL the hot water?
Eat peanut butter out of the jar?
Watch MY movie?
Take a nap?

Tomorrow I will post pictures. Today? I am going to enjoy the quiet.

Fun in the Kitchen

I am going to be in so much trouble for posting these photos but what the heck...

What do you get when you have 3 board teenagers, a kitchen (with permission to make something) and a camera? Check it out

But the end results were delicious!!

Does it get any easier?

Saturday we took D2 up to USU. We got her books and got her room set up.

She was nervous but very excited.

The answer to the question, Does it get any easier is NO!

Driving out of that parking lot was probably the hardest thing I will ever do!

We love you D2 and are so proud of you!!!!

Lagoon

Last Friday was work Lagoon day. Because we had to bring D3 home for work and D1 didn't get to come up until that evening, the rest of us did something we have never done before...we spent the entire day (yes 12 hours) at Lagoon.

D4 brought her BFF and the kids had a blast; they even got me on a few rides I didn't think I would ever get on again. But come Saturday morning, we were all tired. It was great fun.

The weather was perfect and the day was great but the best part of Lagoon is the smiles.

Computer Nerds

Yep, it's true. One more week week and D2 will be leaving for school. I can't believe it is possible.

This week her computer came. She was a little excited. How did we spend the afternoon? See below.

Yep, we are all nerds!

Primary Temple day

I am a little behind (the story of my life); last month our primary attended the Temple Open House. It was so neat to go with all these little ones. You should have seen the look on their eyes. They just lit up. It was a great day.

For those of you who wanted photos here they are or I can email them to you. Just let me know.
